When you are ready to sell your home, we will meet for a free consultation to talk about the process of selling your home. Once we have agreed to work together, we will sign the listing agreement to get started.
Before we list your house we will want to get it show ready, meaning looking fabulous! Depending on the situation there are different options for staging that we can discuss.
When an offer or offers come in, we will sit down and go over a detailed analysis of each offer and then accept the best option.
Once an offer is accepted, the buyers will schedule a home inspection.
The buyers lender will then schedule an appraisal to make sure the home meets the banks value it is being sold for. If it meets the lenders approval it will go into underwriting.
When underwriting approves the loan and all paperwork is done, it will go to title where the deed will transfer and funds will be sent. THEN YOU GET THE KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME!
